[rules-dev] [solver] ITC2007 competition results

extjs has just had a license change. This impacts our BRMS. We are 
currently looking to fork the code and seeing how it can be sponsored. 
If you use this extjs in your company and willing to commercial sponsor 
this fork, please let me know.
