[rules-dev] Drools equivalent of JRules "ilrRulesetFactory.toLanguage(); "

[Edson Tirelli]

   You can go from RuleDesc to source code (and vice versa) using XXXDumper
(like DRLDumper), but there is no functionality to go from Rule to source
code.
