[rules-dev] Slot Specific and Refraction

Slot specific stuff would have a HUGE impact in usability for people (even
experienced people are tripped up by accidental recursion - especially for
more monolithic models - which are convenient to program but more prone to
this). Totally makes sense that jess would do it.
