[rules-dev] Function Definition prevents firing Rule

But I did not have the problem; the test provided worked OK.

I just tried again using the binaries at
http://download.jboss.org/drools/release/5.1.1.34858.FINAL/drools-5.1.1-bin.zip

Can either of you re-try with these?
