[rules-dev] Guvnor build problems? -> Tomcat

Michael,
I didn't make one for the tomcat one, as I wasn't sure it wasn't a
misconfiguration on my part (just tested it very quickly, not focused on
it right now).
I did make one for the jboss AS 6 thing:
