[rules-dev] 5.5.x Guvnor branch pom's are temporally set to 5.5.0.CR1

It wasn't Guvnor, but drools.

I updated the Compatibility Matrix in droolsjbpm-knowledge on master and
accidentally pushed the 5.5.x changes too.

So the droolsjbpm-knowledge introductory documentation module has the wrong
parent pom version.

The deployment to Nexus of 5.5.x is in progress. Once this is complete I
can push the final pom changes (with the others) and normal service should
be restored.

Apologies for the inconvenience.
