[rules-dev] Unfreezed

The freeze is over :)
Feel free to "git pull --rebase" and push your changes as usual.
Do double check if they still commit after the pull though :)

Everything compiles "mvn-all clean install -DskipTests"
for git repo's
   knowledge, drools, optaplanner, jbpm, integration, guvnor and tools

Mario and Edson are now looking into fixing the Drools at runtime and 
getting all tests green again.
