is my rule reference variable. I am trying to access this <b><span

<p class=MsoListParagraph> but I am not able to get Control of same
reference Variable <b><span style='color:red'>emp</span></b>. SO My Question is
how to obtain same Employee object in that Action node.<o:p></o:p></p>
