[rules-users] Eclipse plugin not compiling

I just discovered that Drools Builder has moved to a different package. It's now org.drools.eclipse 
instead of org.drools.ide. Once I changed that in the project file it works as it should.

I suggest the manual include a note about this so folks who were using the old plugin can edit their 
project files to work with the new plugin.
