[rules-users] Call functions from other functions?

in 3.0, you can, but with a gotcha:

say you have 2 functions, functionA and functionB.

You can call functionA from inside functionB by prefixing functionB like:
FunctionB.functionB

In 4.0, I *think* that is not needed.
