[rules-users] what is the current drools release?

Both 4.0.5 and 4.0.6 where bad releases, poor QA, so we rolled back to 
4.0.4. Edson and I will take care of 4.0.7 QA ourselves and make sure 
its a good release, we will put it out on monday.
