[rules-users] loading rules from database and add conditions dynamically

[drools newbie]

Hello,
Came across this link

when I was looking for how to load rules from database. If I understand
correctly, we can't add java conditions dynamically in the database rather
use python script if we want to achieve that. 

Just curious to know If anybody else  know or implemented different approach
to add dynamic conditions in the database.
