[rules-users] command line utility for importing rules

Or is there a URL like http://localhost/drools-guvnor/xxxxxx ?
so that I can use 'CURL' to upload a file.

Whereever I navigate, all I see is

http://localhost/drools-guvnor/org.drools.guvnor.Guvnor/Guvnor.html in the
address bar.
