[rules-users] Large rulebase (>10k rules) loading time issue

I'm working with a large knowledge base with more than 10k rules.
An high performance pc takes about 30 minutes to load the whole knowledge
base.
I saw that most of the time is taken loading the rules classes into the
Drools classloader.

Is there a workaround to speed up the knowledge base initialization?
