[rules-users] isDisabled in guvnor does not work?

I am using guvnor (latest snapshot) to try to build rules, I have build
a model: testModel with a few facts.

 

I tried the disabled checkbox for the model to temporarily disable the
model.

 

I build the package and click on show package source and the "disabled"
model definitions still show up.

 

Am I missing something ?
