[rules-users] Decision table - How to Ignore cells by compiler

I need to update a few cells in the decision table xls which should not be
read by the compiler.
I know I can prefix a # and these will be read but treated as comments, but
I don't want these to be read at all. I want them to be ignored. How can
this be done?
