[rules-users] Drools Flow Scheduler?

I would like to begin a rule flow process at 16:00 M-F, and possibly skipping
specific holiday's as well.  Is there any built in capability in Drools
Flow, or should I use an external scheduler such as Quartz, etc?  I'm
assuming an external scheduler is the recommended way.  If so, are there any
examples?
