[rules-users] setting conditional operators in Excel RuleSet

All,

I am using excel for writing the rules.
is it possible to have conditional operators like OR AND specified in the
excel?
I also need to support negation (NOT) operator.

Is it possible to do this in excel, if yes can someone 
give me an example on how to do this.
