[rules-users] Guvnor: RESTful way to find when the last snapshot was deployed

Hello folks,

Currently, this timestamp information is available on the html page (
http://foo.com:8081/drools-guvnor/org.drools.guvnor.Guvnor/Guvnor.html), but
I am wondering if this could be available in some format like
http://foo.com:8081/drools-guvnor/org.drools.guvnor.Guvnor/package/RulesP3/LATEST/SnapshotTime

We currently run batches against the rules engine, and in our scenario, if
we can figure out that the rules have not changed between two batch runs,
then running the data against the engine is not needed, and we could skip
it.
