[rules-users] error while build package at guvnor

starting learn drools since 2010 -08-05 

i try to create sample.jbpm 
here is the code :

i getting error while build package : 
the error : 
unable to parse xml : Exception class java.lang.NullPointerException : null 

any suggestion ?
