[rules-users] Accessing instance variables of the fact inside functions in decision tables

No this is not currently possible. Functions are generated without regard to
any particular rule, i.e. functions don't know what bind variables you have
in rules. Generating a function/class to include all bind variables would be
possible, but probably not make a lot of sense.
