[rules-users] Add Applictaion Jar file in Guvnor

Hi,

In "packages" section: "Create New" -> "Upload new Model jar (fact classes)
-> browse and upload your jar
Then click in the package where you have uploaded the jar and click in "Save
and Validate" button.
