[rules-users] fireUntilHalt() is halt forever

I guess you call kSession.fireUntilHalt().  This call should return
after drools.halt() is called from one of the rules. Java code
following this call should do whatever needs to be done. (I don't know
what you mean by "retrieve the resources...".)
