[rules-users] Drools with rules from database

Sorry, for some reason I thought I read you were getting the EmployeeType
and Salary from a database.

Create a new EmployeeTypeSalary object for each EmployeeType\Salary pair
you have.

Where these come from I do not know., you have not said.
