[rules-users] drools osgi issue

The second issue was supposed to have been fixed with the spring.schemas and
spring.handlers property files but doesn't seem to work even if they are
pulled out of the jar and put into the projects classpath.  A quick solution
which can only work for development was to put the drools-spring.xsd file on
the local file system and point to it in the beans.xml file.

As for the first issue, I looked at the imported packages for org.drools.api
package and the org.drools.event package is not being imported.

Anyone know a work-around to resolve this?
