[rules-users] Performance issue

Hi Esteban, 
                    Just to clarify, here we might need to use different
rules file. Actually based on the some selection on UI we will get the rules
file details and based on that i need to create kBase and Kbuilder.
can you please provide your comments on this, if i can do something more to
optimize the perfoemance.
