If you mean more then 1 planning entity class:
Yes, you can, but the construction heuristics in 5.4.0.Final cannot 
handle more than 1 class currently. 5.5.0.Beta1's "unified selectors" 
will fix that.

If you mean more then 1 planning entity instance:
Of course, real problems can have 50 000 entities and more.
