[rules-users] expectation for -Ddrools.dump.dir to show DRL error context ..

This class is my internal tool for generating a .DRL from (.XLS,.DRT) input pairs.  It follows the DROOLs 5.4 Cheese.xls sample in section 4.7 of the Expert white paper.

This package/class name doesn't ring a bell:

com.ms.fast.triclear.eligibility.rules.GenerateDRLfromEligibilityRulesRepoViaDRT

How does it handle command line arguments?
