[rules-users] Connecting drools-guvnor to mysql db

I'm not sure what you meant over here? If you want your colleague to access
this guvnor, why not give your guvnor url to him and he should be able to
access.  Note that not everything is stored in DB.  Few of the indexes are
stored in file store repository (search for repository_01 or similar
folder).
