[rules-users] is drools 5.4.0 a GA version?

The community releases, you can find here:
   http://www.jboss.org/drools/downloads
The latest stable version in 5.4.0.Final. We use "Final" instead of "GA" 
to align with OSGi and JBoss version namings.

For the productized, BRMS releases,,check here:
   http://www.jboss.com/downloads/
