If you're referring to the bouncycastle dependencies in maven - that's do to
a rogue dependency that drags them in because that rogue forgot to tag
bouncycastle as optional - they shouldn't be there. Do "mvn dependency:tree"
to figure out who's to blame - pull requests welcome.
