[rules-users] Rule Static Analysis/Verification

Verify, in Guvnor, should work with any asset type.

If not please raise a JIRA (https://issues.jboss.org/browse/GUVNOR)
explaining what the problem is and, if possible, attach a repository export
demonstrating the problem.
