No and no I am afraid.

All attributes and meta-data are simple text fields in Guvnor.

It should be a relatively easy change (for both Guided Editor and Guided
Decision Tables) if you feel like getting involved and contributing a pull
request?

Simplistically the list of values could be defined as an enumeration in
Guvnor; provided we can identify "system" Fact and Field names (e.g.
'system.agenda-group' : ['A1', 'A2']).
