[rules-users] Basic question

Hello,

I appreciate your reply. I am very sorry for not being clear. The facts that
I have inserted using ksession.insert matches with the condition part of the
rule. Hence this rule is getting executed, but i gets executed only once,
either for 101 or 102.

Am i making a mistake somewhere?
