With
http://127.0.0.1:8080/drools-guvnor/org.drools.guvnor.Guvnor/package/myPackage/LATESTyou
will get the whole package; including decisiontable1.xls and
decisiontable2.xls.

How do you load
http://127.0.0.1:8080/drools-guvnor/org.drools.guvnor.Guvnor/package/myPackage/LATEST/decisiontable1into
a KnowledgeBase?
