[rules-users] Fire specific rules deployed in guvnor that reside in the same package

OK.. I think the URL you are using is wrong (for the single rule). I think
it should be something like this:
http://127.0.0.1:8080/drools-guvnor/org.drools.guvnor.Guvnor/packages/myPackage/assets/decisiontable1
