[rules-users] How to do continuous planning in Optaplanner

Hi,

I am working on a employee roster planning problem in Optaplanner. I am
wondering how to do continuous planning. Do I load in historical data,
before I start the planning? How do I make sure that already planned shifts
in the near future do not get changed if it is not necessary?
