[rules-users] Drools 5.5 validation against XSDs

To whom it may concern,

We ran into a production issue where Drools tried to validate against
http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/labs/labs/jbossrules/trunk/drools-api/src/main/resources/change-set-1.0.0.xsd.

Over the weekend we noticed that drools.org was down.  Is there any way for
us to remove this dependency on drools.org?
