[rules-users] Kagent and Resource Scanning

The methods ResourceFactory.getResourceChangeNotifierService().start() and
ResourceFactory.getResourceChangeScannerService().start() start the scanning
services in Drools. My question is does this apply to all knowledge agents
within an application or does this need to be done for all kAgents
separately?
