[rules-users] How to import drl files to Guvnor for graphical rules

In 6.0 guided rules will be stored as DRL.

It will therefore be possible to push a plain DRL file into a repository
and author with the guided editor.

Rule Templates and guided decision tables will at this time remain stored
in an internal format.
