[rules-users] validation error on Template

Sorry, i am still getting an error
Here are the steps as well as screen shots: Create New --> New Rule Template
Step 3: Click on "Green Plus" icon next to WHEN and select LoanApplication
FACT (assing application binding variable); Select amount constrant from the
drop down. Below is what you will see on the screen

Step 4: Click on the "pencil" icon on the editor next to the field "amount"
and "Field Value" screen displays. Click on "Template Key"; Below is what
you will see on your screen

Step 5: Change the "$default" to "$amount";Below is what you will see on
your screen

Step 6: Follow the steps above to add "approved" constraint for the "THEN"
Part. Below is what you will see on your screen

Step7: Click on Validate and below are the errors i am getting
