[rules-users] Deployment on websphere

Erm … something seems wrong here.

If you're using 5.5.0.Final, then there should be no "beans.xml" in your WEB-INF directory.

5.5 uses Seam 3, which is configured with a "components.xml" file. Below is a copy of mine with logins disabled.
