[rules-users] RxJava and Reactor Integration

Is it possible to add RxJava(https://github.com/Netflix/RxJava) and
Reactor(https://github.com/reactor/reactor) integration where Observable can
be used to publish to the drools entry points and also subscribe to any
results.
