[rules-users] What is the rest API to modify the import setting of a package in Guvnor?

Hi, 
I need to change the class import setting for those packages with rest api. 

Could someone tell me whether there is such api or I have to do it manually?

Another question is about the api for creating an asset that links to the
one from global area. Does this one exist?
