[rules-users] Guvnor - Custom operator problem (Not finding it)

You should be able to do as Davide suggests - create a packagebuilder.conf
file in the package; if not please raise a JIRA (
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/GUVNOR) and we will investigate.

(This applies to 5.5, 5.6 and 6.0)
