Yes, I tried to put the URL on the browser, and I am prompted to download the PKG file without any problem.  So that is the thing I am wondering.<div><br></div><div>I am using Drools 5.0.2 version.</div><div><br></div><div>

Have you tried accessing the URL from a browser to confirm you are prompted for a username and password and that the credentials you show can be confirmed as valid?<br><br>What version of Drools are you running client side too?<br>
