I have checked that it seems to change the package version when you click on "save package". Can I have some URL to achieve it automatically?</div>

Start from 5.3, Guvnor Packages are fully versioned. I would
recommend you to use a vesioned package instead of package snapshot.
Package snapshot will be deprecated in the future. <br>
