"Mortgage Model" in the global area(and there in importing it into the<br>
packages) and uploading it in all the four packages that you referred to.<br>

I advantage that i can think of is when i have to make changes in the<br>
Mortgage Model, i ll just have to update the Global area, and not<br>
individually. :)<br>
