Given a rule definition file(.drl), Is there any UI tool that can
visualize the execution order of Rules? [based on the controls
(salience,etc) defined inside the rule]

You can use Drools Guvnor: "QA" -> "Test Scenarios". If you run
the test scenario, the audit log will give you detailed log on the
order of the rules fired. <br>
