Simple easy issues in the issue tracker (JIRA) of any jboss project
(including drools)<br>
are labeled with "starter". Labels are found in the bottom of the
JIRA filter.<br>
<br>
The idea is: we set aside those issues, so new contributors have
easy task to roll into the project.<br>
Each such issue also contains a list of class files are probably
related to fixing the issue.<br>
<br>
Here's the list on drools (expert, fusion, planner):<br>
